Recently, we have reported that Steam will officially add native support for PS4 controller. Now revealed that Steam users will be able to beta test this feature by updating Steam.
This is still in it’s beta form, When a PS4 controller is connected to a PC, you will be able to use the same configuration as the Steam controller. Users can also map the trackpad, gyro, buttons, etc. to keyboard, mouse, or x-input outputs and can make use of action sets, touch menus, radial menus, and so forth. You can read the full changelog here.
However, one user says it does not currently yet support Linux and another user said that it has no rumble or lightbar customization.
What do you think? Have you test it out yet?
